Before we finalize your next step with the CAD program, we'd like to understand how it was run at your dealership. This isn't punitive — it's an honest self-assessment that helps both parties understand what worked, what didn't, and what's possible going forward.

Your answers are reviewed by the TCAG team and used to generate a candid engagement score based on real activation behaviors.

A note on what we got wrong in CAD 2.0: The per-AgPack fee model created a disincentive that penalized success rather than encouraging it. That was a structural mistake on our part. And without monthly performance data available to either party, neither you nor we had clear visibility into what was or wasn't working at your dealership level.

Both of those problems have been addressed in CAD 3.0. We're not asking you to forget the past. We're asking you to evaluate the new model on its own merits.
